Up to 20 MB per saved PDF. Cloud copies include your edits; editable history and templates stay in your browser. More room changes your storage allowance, with the same Business tools in every tier.
When you reach 80% of your storage allowance, Folio shows an in-app warning. If a cloud save would exceed your limit, that save is paused and we offer the next higher tier: 1 GB → 20 GB → 50 GB → 100 GB → 200 GB. You must review and confirm the new plan in Stripe before any plan change or additional charge. Your billing schedule is kept when you use the next-tier upgrade. Stripe shows the new monthly or yearly USD price, any local currency conversion, any prorated charge or credit, and applicable taxes before confirmation. More storage becomes available after payment is verified; then retry your save. If you decline or payment fails, your existing paid allowance stays in place while your subscription remains active. You can download or remove existing saved copies. At 200 GB, remove copies or contact info@privitmedia.com. We never automatically delete files to make room. The 20 MB limit per saved PDF still applies.
Paid prices in USD. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly, according to the schedule you choose, until cancelled. Yearly prices are charged for the full year upfront. Folio Free has no subscription charge. Manage renewal through your billing account. Sign-in uses ChatGPT.
Folio adds text and annotations over PDF content. Redaction exports rebuild all selected pages as images, permanently removing marked content and original hidden data from that copy. Searchable text, comments, links, forms, and original metadata are removed. Originals and existing cloud copies remain unchanged. Editing existing PDF text and OCR are not included. Signatures are visual marks rather than certificate signatures. Download copies of important files for your own records.
Cloud saves are private to your signed-in account. File processing happens in your browser; a PDF is uploaded only when you choose to save a cloud copy.
